Charles has over 20 years of experience in project and general management of construction and property development. As the founding director of Baycorp Construction Group, Charles has been instrumental in building one of Sydney’s successful construction companies. He has built an experienced team to establish a diversified company with a strong repeat client base.

In his role as Director, Charles directs his energy and talent in providing organisational leadership, people development, strategic planning and governance for the Group.

Today, Baycorp Construciton Group embraces varied areas of construction each with an enviable track record in the delivery of complex building and engineering projects.
